AMTRON® 4You wallboxes offer numerous features and a unique design. MENNEKES wanted to enable customers to configure their wallbox according to their individual preferences without bypassing the established sales channel involving certified partners. MENNEKES partners want to receive and process qualified inquiries as quickly and easily as possible.

A digital solution was to be developed for MENNEKES that would enable customers to customize their AMTRON® 4You wallbox while optimally integrating the existing partner network. The goal was to map various customer needs—ranging from suitability checks and installer searches to direct purchasing—within a seamless, end-to-end process. At the same time, the aim was for certified partners to receive structured, qualified inquiries containing all relevant information, thereby making the processing workflow more efficient.

A digital wallbox configurator with an integrated partner portal was developed in collaboration with MENNEKES. Customers can configure their personalized AMTRON® 4You wallbox, find suitable installation partners, request quotes, book a home check, or purchase products directly online. Integration with the partner database and external availability data ensures transparent processes and flexible purchasing options for users. At the same time, partners benefit from qualified inquiries containing all relevant information, as well as a centralized platform for order management, support, and training opportunities.
