VLink Fachpartner App

With the Specialist Partner App, we have developed an offline-capable mobile application that enables specialist partner companies connected to the VLINK white-label platform to manage energy services on-site for Stadtwerke customers.

The main objective was to make all project data stored on the VLink platform accessible to and enterable by the on-site technician. Intelligent features, such as an integrated document scanning function, were intended to reduce the effort involved in data entry during project management and to speed up the overall process.

Further requirements for the mobile application were:

• Native app for iOS and Android, which can be installed on smartphones via the app stores

• In-app authentication via a PIN code to protect data from unauthorised access

With the mobile specialist partner app, we have created a solution that usefully extends the VLINK platform with a mobile component, enabling specialist partners connected to the platform to have all their data to hand whilst on site and to record information directly. All project data is synchronised with the platform and can therefore be edited entirely offline within the app.
