It all started pretty randomly. In my previous job, I wrote Excel macros to make work easier for myself and my colleagues. The code was terrible, but I had so much fun figuring things out that I knew: This is my future.
Now, I work at Ambient, a company that supports me in every way. I have all the freedom I need and genuinely enjoy working with my colleagues – whether in the office or over a drink after hours. This environment means a lot to me because it keeps me motivated to learn new things, share ideas, and challenge myself to think beyond my usual perspective.

If I have a mantra, it’s probably Be excellent to each other! In the end, everything comes down to good communication. That’s been my biggest learning over the years. Every bit of time I’ve spent improving my communication skills has paid off a thousand times over – both personally and professionally.
